The following information describes the intended launch arrangements and must be confirmed before paid checkout opens.
Cancellation and renewals
Before a paid purchase, checkout must show the total price, taxes, billing interval, renewal conditions and how to cancel. Cancelling future renewals is distinct from requesting a refund for an existing billing period. A working cancellation method and the date access ends must be provided when subscriptions become available.
Your statutory withdrawal rights
EU and EEA consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to applicable law and the type of digital supply. Requesting immediate digital service access does not, by itself, remove that right. Where legally applicable, proportionate payment may be due for services supplied at your express request before withdrawal. Digital-content exceptions require the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; a general checkout acknowledgement is not a blanket waiver.
Faulty or non-conforming digital services
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory rights to remedies, refunds or other protections when a digital service is faulty, unavailable or not as described. Applicable consumer law takes precedence over conflicting terms.

Once payments are enabled, the Merchant of Record identified on your receipt will handle payment-related requests under its applicable procedures and consumer law.
