NaturePhenomena helps you plan a garden suited to your climate through an intuitive step-by-step journey. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Intellectual property rights
The NaturePhenomena name, design, guides and software belong to us or our licensors. Garden photos you upload remain yours; you give us permission to process them securely to provide the visualization features you request. Images generated for you may be used for your personal garden projects. Plant, climate and map data belong to their respective providers.
AI disclaimer
Planting suggestions, compatibility scores, chat answers and garden visualisations are produced with the help of advanced AI models and third-party data. They are guidance, not professional advice, and may be incomplete or wrong. Rendered images are illustrations, not construction plans. Always check plant toxicity, local regulations, utilities and site conditions before you dig or buy.
User conduct
Please don't misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful or abusive content, no photos of other people without consent, no attempts to break, overload or scrape the service, and no use of chat or consultation forms for spam.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaturePhenomena is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for plant losses, property damage, purchases or other indirect losses arising from use of the service or its suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
